After devouring books like Rich Dad Poor Dad and Millionaire Fastlane, Mike knew he needed to build a business that aligned with his goals of freedom, flexibility, and long-term wealth.

Although he lives in Phoenix, Mike began investing remotely in Louisville, Kentucky. He bought a duplex, managed a full home flip from across the country, and even wholesaled four deals on his own. But he quickly realized the challenge of piecing together systems solo. That’s when he discovered Joe Homebuyer.
